Our cows are grain-fed and during the warmer months they graze on the pasture.
There are 6 patties that come in a package. Each patty is approximately 5oz.

Yes, we do! Twice a year we fulfill large-quantity orders. You can order 1/4 or 1/2 beef, which will be cut and individually packaged to your preferences.

Yes, we do! Twice a year we process pork orders. At this time, a minimum of 1/2 a pig is required for an order.

Yes, we do! Once a year we process chicken orders. These orders come as the whole bird and are approximately 4-6lbs each.
